Product warranty

Warranty for equipment and electrical products purchased through our online store is 1 or 2 years from the date of purchase. Products under warranty that show defects may be returned if they meet all the conditions specified in the warranty certificate. Repair or replacement will be carried out within 15 days.

We would like to inform you that our company will be completely closed from December 24, 2024 to January 13, 2025 due to the winter holidays and our team’s annual leave.
Products currently under repair that are legally required to be finalized within 15 days will have their deadline extended by the number of days the company is closed, and repairs will be resumed and completed immediately after operations restart, beginning January 14, 2025.
For products at the end of their warranty period where defects are reported while the company is closed, the warranty will be automatically extended by the duration of our closure so you can fully benefit from your warranty rights.

There is no warranty for raw materials used in the production of ceramics, porcelain, or glass (e.g., clay, glaze, pigments, colorants).

Using the original packaging is not mandatory; however, any damage resulting from improper packaging during round-trip transport will be borne by the customer.

What happens in case of defects caused by power quality or mechanical damage?
If equipment sent to service is found to have defects caused by electrical overload or mechanical damage, these will be remedied only for a fee.
