What happens if the customer is not found at the destination
If the customer is not found at the address provided during the mutually agreed time slot, the courier will attempt a second delivery after re-establishing contact with the customer. If the customer is not found a second time, the order will be canceled and returned to our headquarters. The customer will bear the costs of any new delivery, regardless of the value of the ordered products, as well as the round-trip costs of the previous order.
Please check the physical integrity of the parcels in the courier’s presence. If any irregularities are found, request that a report be drawn up. Subsequent claims will not be considered.
What happens if the customer refuses to accept the parcel from the courier
If the customer refuses to accept the parcel, they will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs of the order.
