You can choose to pay for your order only after opening the parcel.
For orders placed on www.interceram.ro, you can opt to pay only after you open the parcel and make sure you received the product you ordered, in perfect condition. When placing the order, select the “open on delivery” option on the site, and when you receive the parcel, remember to ask the courier to open the package so you can check the product’s condition.
Opening the parcel on delivery does not allow you to perform a technical inspection or to try/test the product. If, after opening the parcel, you find cosmetic issues, signs of impact, scratches, or other problems, we recommend refusing the order. In this case, you must complete a Findings Report (proces-verbal de constatare) in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery. The report cannot be completed later—only in front of the courier.
If the order was paid online and you discover irregularities upon opening the parcel, the amount paid will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made. If you refuse the parcel using the “Open on delivery” service, the shipping fees do not have to be paid by the buyer.
