How do I buy?

Purchasing

You have several options to buy:

  • Add the product to your cart using the OK button, then click Place Order and fill in the required fields.

  • Send us an email via the Contact section.

  • Call one of the phone numbers listed in the Contact section.

An operator will contact you shortly to confirm your order.

Delivery Terms

  • Delivery is made by express courier. We usually ship with Fan Courier; if we use a different service, we will inform you separately.

  • Normal delivery time is 1–2 business days from order processing, provided the item is in stock.

  • Delivery cost: 13 RON (VAT included) + 1 RON (VAT included) for each additional kg (no extra kilometers included).
    Cash-on-delivery collection fee: 6 RON (VAT included).

  • For locations outside the basic coverage area of Fan Courier or Nemo Express, a surcharge of 1.05 RON (VAT included) per km applies.

  • We do not assume responsibility for transit delays; full responsibility lies with the carrier.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made:

  • In advance by bank transfer to our account (in this case you won’t pay the cash-on-delivery fee).

  • Cash on delivery when the parcel arrives.

  • By bank card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro).

If you choose card payment, please ensure online payments are enabled by your card-issuing bank. Card payments are processed by Netopia MobilPay (our payment gateway provider). Card details are entered only on the processor’s secure pages, are never exposed to any other party, and are transmitted encrypted. Processing is performed via a 3D Secure terminal (a security standard by Visa and MasterCard that allows you to set an extra password used only for online payments).

Return Policy

Prepare the parcel with the products you wish to return, observing the following:

  • The product(s) must be in the original packaging, with original labels, and undamaged.

  • Please do not tear/damage the original box and do not stick or write on the product label.

  • Fragile items must be protected to avoid damage.

  • The customer is responsible for proper packaging.

  • You may also drop off the product personally at the location we indicate.

  • Contact the courier and request pickup.

You may return products in the following cases:

  • The ordered size does not fit.

  • Parcels show severe damage.

  • Incorrect products were delivered/invoiced.

  • Products have manufacturing defects.

  • Refunds will be made within 14 calendar days of return confirmation, to the bank account chosen by the customer.

  • If exchanging for a different size, the exchange will be handled under the normal order conditions.

  • If the returned product cannot be replaced with a suitable one, you may choose another product or we will refund the product value accordingly.

  • Interceram reserves the right not to accept returns of products which by their nature cannot be returned or may deteriorate quickly, such as underwear and swimwear (per O.G. 130/2000 art. 10 lit. c).

  • The value of additional services (including but not limited to shipping) paid by the customer is non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse and return to the customer any products that do not fully and cumulatively meet all of the above return conditions.

Note: We do not accept parcels with cash-on-delivery payment or parcels whose sender cannot be identified. We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. We do not pick up parcels from Poșta Română or any other postal office.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • In all cases, return/re-shipment costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of non-conformity, where INTERCERAM.RO will cover the transport cost.

Costs borne by the customer in these situations:

  • The wrong product was ordered.

  • The wrong size was ordered.

  • The customer changed their mind about the size or model.

  • The customer refuses to accept the parcel.

Costs borne by INTERCERAM.RO in these situations:

  • Parcels show severe damage.

  • Products were delivered/invoiced incorrectly.

  • Products have manufacturing defects.
