Delivery is made by express courier.
The usual delivery time is 1–2 business days from order processing, provided the product you want is in stock.

Payment can be made:
In advance by bank transfer to our account (in this case you won’t pay the cash-on-delivery fee), or
Cash on delivery when the parcel arrives.

What is the warranty period for the products?
The warranty period for electrical products purchased is 1 year from the date of purchase, granted at Interceram SRL’s location in Sighișoara, Mureș County. No warranty is offered for glazes, ceramic bodies, pigments, or similar products.

What should I do if the product fails within the warranty period?
If, during the warranty period, the product you purchased proves defective due to design, manufacturing, or hidden faults, it will be repaired—brought into conformity—free of charge, within the time frame provided by law, subject to the following conditions:
The product was purchased from SC Interceram SRL and used in Romania only for its intended purpose, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions in the user manual.
For warranty service, the following are required: proof of payment (invoice), the warranty certificate correctly completed, and the defective product, whose serial number must be intact, identifiable, and unaltered.
The warranty becomes void if: the product failed due to exposure to natural phenomena, fires, accidents, negligent use, or due to improper installation, modifications, or adaptations; in case of failure to observe the handling, transport, storage, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance conditions in the user manual or conditions contrary to Romanian technical standards; if warranty documents are not presented, have been damaged/modified, or are illegible; if the product is not in the original box; if the device shows damage caused by mechanical accidents, impacts, shocks, liquid ingress, exposure to fire, misuse or neglect, improper storage; if the product was used with accessories other than those recommended by the manufacturer (e.g., a different battery than the one specified in the manual); or if repairs were performed by unauthorized persons.
The warranty certificate is not transferable.

What should I do to avoid losing the warranty?
To avoid this inconvenience, please read the user instructions carefully before putting the product into operation. The warranty may be void in the following cases:
Using products in improper conditions;
Presence of chemical substances, moisture, very high or very low temperatures;
Malfunctions caused by accidental or intentional damage;
Powering the product from an improper power source;
Cleaning the product with household substances or by other methods not recommended by the manufacturer;
Intervention by a person not authorized by the manufacturer’s service.
Do I need an account to buy?
Orders can also be placed by phone or email; however, we recommend creating an account so you can track the status of your orders and avoid re-entering your data (or entering it incorrectly) for future orders.

Product returns. How do I proceed?
The costs involved in returning products under warranty are borne by the customer. If a product fails within the warranty period, please contact us by phone or email before sending the parcel back.
If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 10 days from the purchase date, bearing the return costs. It is also advisable to notify us by phone or email before sending the product back.
According to the legislation in force (O.G. 130/2000) on distance selling techniques, you may opt to return/replace a product under Art. 4 para. 1 lit. b within 10 days of receiving the product, under the following conditions:
Within the above term, send a written notification by email to the sales department at shop@interceram.ro and/or contact@interceram.ro;
Returned products must show no signs of use, be in perfect working order, and have the original packaging and accessories in perfect condition;
The product must be accompanied by the invoice and any other original documents received;
Interceram will refund the product value to the customer within 30 days from the date the return is received. The details of the refund method will be set after the products are accepted for return;
Round-trip shipping costs, as well as the costs of refunding the value, are borne entirely by the customer. If the customer fully or partially withdraws from the purchase, they will pay the round-trip shipping costs even if they initially benefited from free shipping. If the return shipping cost is lower than the refund amount and the customer chose “payment at destination,” this cost will be deducted from the refund;
We do not accept sending products to Interceram with a request for cash-on-delivery refund. Products will first be inspected by Interceram representatives;
If functional deficiencies due to use or visual deficiencies (signs of wear, scratches, etc.) are observed, Interceram may condition acceptance of the return on retaining a restocking fee from the product price;
Repeated withdrawal from purchase may be considered abuse.
